Wayne is survived by his wife, Sandra Morell Minks; brother Chuck Minks, sister Vivian (Nick) King, daughter, Cynthia (Dan) Harmon; son, Dustin Minks; three step-sons Matthew (Amie), John, Brent Morell. He was a devoted animal lover, especially loving dogs and cats. In his younger years, he enjoyed bird hunting and training bird dogs. One of his favorite accomplishments was rebuilding a Corvette with his son Randy. He also found great happiness watching hummingbirds and spending quiet moments relaxing on his patio.

Wayne will be deeply missed and forever remembered. At Wayne’s request, there will be no funeral services. His body has been cremated and will later be dispersed at a location of his choosing.
