In Loving Memory of Wayne Jason Forston
Wayne Forston, 65, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital after a courageous battle with Stage 4 kidney disease.
Born on January 11, 1961, Wayne was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was known for his kind heart, strength, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family. Wayne enjoyed spending time with those he loved most and created lasting memories that will be cherished for generations.
Wayne is survived by his loving companion, Krista Goodin; his sons, Tony Forston and Gary Wayne Forston and wife Debbie Forston; his brother, Gary Forston; sister-in-law, Sandy Forston; and nephews, Jason, Brandon, and Paul.
He was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren, including Dylan Negron, Daxx Forston, Dakoda Forston, Jayce Crow, Dylan Williams, Josh Forston, Devin Williams, Brice Conklin , Samantha Sumrall, Stephen Fancher, and Christie Fancher, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
Wayne will be remembered for the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the strength he showed throughout his life. His family and friends will forever cherish the memories they made with him and the impact he had on their lives.
Though Wayne’s earthly journey has ended, his love and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
