Phillip Lee Jones, 79, of Evansville, passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, April 27th.
Phillip was born on April 6th, 1946, in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Cheryl Jones; his children, Jerry Jones (Chris) and Carrie South (Bob); five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene “Jim” Jones and Mary Jones.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Horizons Home Care and Heritage Hospice for their compassionate support and kindness.
In accordance with Phillip’s wishes, no funeral services will be held. He will be cremated, and his remains will stay with his wife, Cheryl.
