Beloved Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Friend
Matty L. McBride, a vibrant and beloved 23-year-old, passed away peacefully on Friday November 15th, 2024.
Matty was a bright light who touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness, and infectious laughter. Matty loved being an aunt, if you’d ask her, it was one of her favorite titles. She was a proud team member at Toyota in Princeton, where she had found herself a home within a job. She thought of her co-workers as family and talked highly of their support throughout her diagnosis both inside the workplace and out.
Matty is survived by her loving parents, Troy and Deanna McBride of Washington, her big sister Emily White of Princeton, nephews Zaidyn, Zander and Zayne White also of Princeton, Fiancé Walter Clark of Evansville, Uncle Tracy McBride of Linton, Uncle Travis (Linda) McBride of Ohio, and Uncle Brandon Reed (Jasonville). Matty was proceeded in death by two of her most cherished loved ones, her grandparents, Dennis and Margaret McBride.
“A cousin is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost.”
Matty is survived by her many cousins whom she loved and held dear to her heart, no matter how far away life had taken them.
She will be deeply missed by her extended family and countless friends.
A celebration of Matty’s life will be held at a later time, date to be determined.
