Martin Michael Joyce, 83, of Henderson, KY, passed away June 11, 2025, at West River Health Campus in Evansville, IN. Marty was born June 9, 1942, in East Liverpool, Ohio to the late Martin & Dorothy (Gipalo) Joyce.
After high school he served in the Air Force for almost 5 years then went on to work at the Pittsburgh Steel Mill followed by Firestone and Accuride. He was very proud of his work as an accountant and enjoyed giving his one-line advice of “invest and invest as much as you can.”
Marty, also known as Uncle Mike, is survived by his sister-in-law Patricia Joyce of Pennsylvania, his nephew David Joyce of New Jersey, niece Molly Paganie of Pennsylvania and Aunt Mary Swaney of Texas. Marty is also survived by his dear friend Jessica Mayes of Indiana.
Marty was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his brother, David Joyce and niece, Jennifer Joyce.
A special thank you to West River Health Campus, and Heart to Heart Hospice. No funeral services will be held.
