Louis G. Whitledge II was born in July 1971 to Louis Whitledge I and Shirley Whitledge passed away on March 19, 2026. Louie, as known to his family and friends, did a variety of jobs from working the backside at Ellis Park to working at various tire shops in the area to working on cars for family & friends. He enjoyed fishing, especially with his son Bud.
Louie is survived by his wife Diane, daughter Staci and her wife Kiesha, his son Louis III (Bud). A brother Kelly (Amanda) Yarde, nieces Ashley (John) Marek, Kelly (Elijah) Parker, Shelly (Seth) Wallace, Amanda (Shawn) Johnson, and nephew Larry Yarde.
Louie will be meeting up with those that left this earth before him, his parents, sister Yvette Johnson, and a nephew Robert Yarde.
Special thank you to the staff at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Center in Henderson, KY for their compassion, care and concerns, not only to Louie but the family.
