My wonderful, constantly curious son, Justin Banks died May 16, 2025. He was 42 years old. He was born July 24, 1982.
Justin’s first love was Chemistry. Insatiably curious of all things in the chemistry field, he threw his whole self into his job. He graduated with a BA in Chemistry and currently worked as a lab technician at Kaiser ALCOA.
He was a voracious reader, an out of control at times, gamer (8 to 10 hours was how he liked to do his sessions). His other great love was cats. If he could have had any jungle cat, he would have been thrilled, but he settled for many house cats.
Simple Cremation is handling the arrangements and there will only be a very private service.
If you wish to acknowledge his life, please contribute to Vanderburgh Humane Society or Feline Fix in his memory.
Sylvia Briody Hall says
I am so sorry to hear about Justin. He and Anthony used to have some good times together. I still think about when we took him camping. Oh my, the laughs. I lost Anthony on December 20 of 2013. We don’t expect to lose our kids. especially when they have their whole life ahead of them. My heart goes out to you and your family. Sylvia Briody Hall.
