Joshua Delaney

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joshua Wales Delaney, 42, of Princeton, IN, he was born on January 17, 1984, and died on February 27, 2026. He was the son of Rob & Angela Delaney. Josh was a man of many talents, with a big heart, that will be greatly missed.

He was a gifted musician who enchanted everyone around him with his musical talent. His greatest accomplishment, however, was his sons Linkin and Kamden. His affection for his sons was apparent to all who knew him. It is the legacy of love and devotion Joshua will be remembered for.

Joshua had the fortune of a loving family. He is survived by his mother, Angela (Hill) Delaney, sons, Linkin and Kamden Delaney, sister, Charity (Kevin) Cassidy, grandmother, Charlotte Naas, grandfather, Rex Delaney, aunt, Kimmy (Delaney) Shackelford, uncles, Darrell Hill, Bryan Hill, nephew, Daniel Nowark, niece, Ann’Marie Nowark and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Rob Delaney, son Aven Delaney, grandmother Joann Loveless, grandfather Clearance Naas, grandfather James Hill, and grandmother Rosemary Delaney.

Joshua’s passing has left a void that could never be filled. He will be greatly missed by his entire family and all the lives he touched. As we mourn his departure from this earth, we will also celebrate his new life with the Lord.

Memorial Service will be March 14, 2026, at 10:00 am CT at Hillside United Methodist Church, Princeton, IN with graveside services following at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Petersburg, IN at 12:30 pm, CT.
