It is with heavy hearts we announce Jonathan Lamar 62 of Henderson , Ky went to be with the Lord on January 29th 2026.
Jonathan was a RN at River Valley Behavior Health until his early retirement last March .
In his early years he served in the Marines for a brief time , before he was honorably discharged due to illness. Jonathan’s hobbies included 3d printing , streaming dayz, going to the shooting range, he enjoy baking desserts to share with others, he also enjoyed watching his bonus kids Blake and Sophie play their sports. Jonathan was a die hard Notre Dame fan , he had a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh . His presence from our lives will be greatly missed .
Jonathan is survived by his fiancé / companion Rachel Gott of Henderson. His parents Ronald and Wanda Lamar of Hernando Florida. His sister Vickie (Barry) Stevens of Norfolk, WV . Son’s, Damien Lamar of Evansville, Ben Lamar of Nashville , TN, a daughter Ade Lamar of Lafayette, IN. His Bonus children Blake and Sophie Gott of Henderson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date .
