
John C. Willett, 60, of Evansville, Indiana passed away on March 28, 2025, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.
John was born in Evansville, Indiana to the late Charles Willett and Rebecca Miller. He retired from Thorton’s Oil after 15 years. John cherished being a father, stepfather and good friend to many, making a difference in the lives of everyone he encountered. One of his most favorite pleasures was riding and maintaining his motorcycle keeping it in tip-top shape.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Norman A. Miller; son Dakotah Willett; step-children Brian and Megan Roy and their children; brothers Matthew Harp (Keth Dewey and Kayley Harp), Ross (Lauren, Brooklyn Terry and Quinn) Willett, Kent (Molly, Grace and Shepherd) Willett; step-mother Judy Willett; cousins Scott, Kevin (Paula and Marissa) Hendrickson and special cousin Mark (Sally) Hite.
There will be a private celebration of his life at a later date.
