JoAnn Frasier departed this earthly life on December, 30, 2025 at Deaconess Henderson Hospital. She was born on December 26, 1963 to the late Robert Frasier and Eula Brantley.
She lived at 1227 Cumnock Street, Henderson, KY 42420. JoAnn devoted her life to caring for others. That is just who she was. She enjoyed her time swinging on her porch swing, watching her granddaughter play, and spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother, Caroline Frasier; lifetime best friend, Shannon Gibson.
She is survived by children, James Frasier, Amber Frasier; siblings, Manuel “Butch” Frasier, Rhonda Kay Fulkerson, Rose Marie Mitchell, Robbie Lee Frasier; grandchildren, Kenan Elijah Frasier, Jordan Cain Snodgrass, Mia Ciara Frasier; many nieces and nephews.
She will be cremated at Simple Cremation Evansville. Special thanks and blessings to Lynn Dodge.
Services will come at a later date.

Sorry for your loss. She was my niece from my half sister. She was such a loving and caring person and wanted to learn more about the family and her grandfather, James. I sent copies of all the pictures I had of my dad. I wish I had visited her more often. She’s in the loving arms of her mother and Aunt Judy now and well taken care of. I will miss her.
