
Jackie D Watson, 74 of Wadesville, IN passed away peacefully on June 4, 2025 at Linda White Hospice after an extended illness. Born on February 23, 1951, in Henderson, KY to Virginia & Rufus Watson, Jack was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Survived by his loving wife of 31 years Patricia Cornaire Watson, who was his faithful companion and closet friend.
Jack dedicated 33 years of service to Eaton/Dana Corporation, where he worked as a Quality Supervisor. He was known for his integrity, leadership and strong work ethic, earning the respect of his colleagues and peers.
Outside of work, Jack found joy in simple pleasures. He loved spending time in his wood shop, crafting projects with care and precision. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles with close friends, finding both freedom and fellowship on the open road. One of Jack and Pat’s favorite places to visit was Destin, FL, where they shared many happy memories by the sea.
A man of deep faith, Jack was a committed servant of the Lord and a dedicated member of his church. His love for his family and his unwavering faith were cornerstones of his life.
He was preceded in death by his siblings Linda Gaines, Robert Watson and Freida Winters. His legacy lives on through the many lives he touched with his kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion.

A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to Linda White Hospice or to the church he loved so dearly, Christian Fellowship Church of Evansville, IN.
