Delphia “Red” Jane Howard, 74, of Oakland City, Indiana passed away January 4, 2026, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
She was born April 13, 1951, in Winslow, Indiana to Charles Edward Norrik, Sr and Ruthie Mae (White) Norrik. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Delphia was a member of the Oakland City Eagles and the Winslow American Legion, where she enjoyed playing pool with her friends.
Delphia is preceded in death by her parents; son Melvin DeCisto; brothers Arville White and Charles Norrick, Jr.; sister Louise Perry; ex-husband and father of her children Rojelio DeCisto; and ex-husband Jimm Howard.
She is survived by her daughter Becky Grissom; grandchildren; her significant other Alan; and nieces, nephew and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
