Betty Jane (Temme) Boyer passed away on December 25, 2025, at Hamilton Pointe Nursing Home in Newburgh, IN. The daughter of Jacob William Temme and Betty Lorreta (Green)Temme Betty was born on March 17, 1941, in Evansville, In, and graduated from Bosse High School in 1959. Betty retired from K-Mart Corp and formerly worked at Walmart Corp. Betty was a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 44, where she enjoyed spending much of her time before she became ill.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Sherri Shoulders (Paul), and son, Robert Linville (Sherri). Grandchildren, Kristopher Linville, Alina (Linville) Krohn, Alissa Ramsey and Bryce Shoulders. Great Grand Children, Logan Linville, Lanae Linville, Maddi Krohn, Camdon Krohn, Nora Ramsey, Adeline Shoulders and Aubry Shoulders and nieces and nephews.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her infant son, Mark Elvin Boyer, sister Grace Jeannette Lemberg, and brother William Richard (Dickie) Temme.
A private burial will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery in Newburgh, IN.
