Allen Ray Smith, Sr., born on April 19, 1955, in Evansville, peacefully passed away on March 5, 2024, in Evansville, IN, at the age of 68.
He is survived by his children AJ (Joy), Jonathan, Charity, and Jeremiah; grandchildren Alexis, Keely, Ivan, Hannah, Faith, and Jacob; great-grandchild Eliza; girlfriend Rose Green; brothers Leon and Robert; sister Verna; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley, father Vernon, and brothers Larry, Gary, and Terry.
Allen was known for his love of fishing, trapping, martial arts, and frequenting flea markets. He found joy in these hobbies and shared his passion with those around him.
A Celebration of Life in honor of Allen will be held on March 23, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Howell General Baptist Church in Evansville, IN.
Allen Ray Smith, Sr. will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
