Juanita Marie Phelps-Cannon, age 54, of Evansville, Indiana, was born on March 14, 1971, and passed away on January 25, 2026.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Phelps and Jerry Phelps.
She is survived by her son Cody Cannon.
She also leaves behind her siblings: Donnie Phelps, Mike Phelps, and Joanna Phelps, along with many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Juanita enjoyed fishing and playing Rocket League on Xbox—simple pleasures that brought her happiness and peace. She had a kind heart and a gentle spirit and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Juanita Marie Phelps-Cannon will be remembered with love and missed by many.
A celebration of life will be had at a later date.
