Michelle Hernandez

Michelle Renee Hernandez, age 54, passed away on December 25, 2025, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.

Born on May 13, 1971, in Owensboro, Kentucky, Michelle lived her life guided by love, resilience, and a spirit of adventure. She was a devoted mother and grandmother whose strength, curiosity, and desire to seek new experiences shaped the way she lived and loved. Michelle dedicated her life to breathing her wisdom into others. Those who knew her will remember her for her adventurous heart and the deep love she held for her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Eugene Baize.

She is survived by her mother, Martha “Rosie” Clark; her daughter, Paradise Piper (Joshua); her son, Miguel Baize (Chelsea); her siblings, Phillip Baize (Tina) and Haley Baize; and her eight cherished grandchildren, Keith, Lilly, Gabriel, Caleb, Cali, Willow, Enzo, and Annabelle.

A private service will be held to honor her life.
