
Edith “Edie” Carol (Littell) Judd, 73, of Evansville IN passed away on Monday December 1, 2025, at home. She was reunited into the loving embrace of her husband of 52 years, Jerry, who proceeded her in death a few short years ago. She was born on January 4, 1952.
Edie worked for many years as a Certified Nurse / Qualified Medication Aide for Visiting Nurse Association and later as an Office Manager at Ray’s Heating & Air and Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Up until her “official” retirement she worked as the morning Hostess at Burger King. She was member of the Daughters of the Nile and part of the VFW auxiliary.
Edie was a frequent BINGO player and was lucky enough to win on occasion. She enjoyed bird watching, working in her yard, and reading. She also was a huge fan of the TV shows “The Gilded Age” & “Downton Abbey “and Hallmark movies.
Most of all she loved her children, grandchildren and husband with all her heart.
In addition to her husband Jerry Judd, Edie was preceded in death by her father, James Littell; mother, Mary (Lyon) Littell; brother Louis “Eddie” Littell; sister, Lorrane “Susie: Paxton.
She is survived by her son, Scott Judd (Lana); daughter Stacy Falk (Brad); grandchildren, Nicholas Judd, Logan Judd, Zackary Falk, Mackenzie Falk, Gabriel Judd; brother, James Harkins (Debbie); sister Barbara O’Neil; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service for Edie will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at St Matthews United Church of Christ (3007 First Ave, Evansville) officiated by her brother-in-law Rev. Tim Judd. Friends may visit at 9:00 am until service time. She will be laid to rest alongside her husband Jerry at Alexander Memorial Park Mausoleum at a later date.
