It is with heavy hearts that we announce that on November 15, 2025 Christopher Wayne Thomas passed away peacefully after a six year battle of throat cancer that he had faced with a warrior’s spirit. He passed with loved ones by his side and holding hands.
Chris was born on May 23, 1975 to Bill and Marsha Thomas. He was proceeded in death by his father Bill and survived by his mother, Marsha Thomas and sister Diane Pevy and family, and fiancé Jennifer Woods.
Chris attended Castle High School and played on the soccer team. He played the game passionately since he was 6 years old and was a sports fanatic. He was a former employee of Scott Manufacturing, LLC in Henderson, Kentucky. And he was a resident of Baskett, Kentucky for over 20 years.
No services will be held and in lieu of flowers, Chris’s wishes were for contributions to be made to the Peyton Manning‘s Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent Evansville and into the Wounded Warrior Project Funds.
