
Randy King, 66, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on September 14, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones. Born on October 31, 1958, in New Castle, Indiana, Randy lived a life marked by deep affection for his family and a passion for collecting antique toys from the 1950s and 1960s.
Randy is lovingly remembered by his wife Cathy; his stepdaughter Christi Mack and her husband Trevor; and his cherished grandchildren Ethan, Peytan, and Gabriella. He also leaves behind his brother Ray King; brother-in-law Rodney Jolly; and several nieces and nephews who will carry forward his memory.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray Sr. and Armetria King; his sisters Peggy South (Hershel) and Patty Jolly; as well as his sister-in-law Theresa King.
Randy’s love for antique toys was more than a hobby—it was a lifelong passion that reflected his appreciation for history and nostalgia. His collection served as a window into the past and brought joy to those who shared in it. Above all else, Randy loved his family deeply and found great pride in their lives and accomplishments.
There will be no funeral service per Randy’s wishes.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.

I became friends with Randy sharing a love for collecting and repairing toys of our generation. Randy’s knowledge helped me several times and we would talk about politics and other subjects. I will always remember Randy as I continue to keep and collect toys God bless and keep his family.
