Debra Cowe

Debra Cowe (Vincent), beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and mother, passed away on August 23, 2025 at the age of 66, in Evansville, IN. Surrounded by those who love her.
She was the heartbeat of her family, the one who worked tirelessly to ensure her loved ones -siblings, nieces, nephews, and especially her child always had what they needed.
Her presence brought warmth, laughter and unwavering support to everyone around her. Known for her sharp mind and quick wit. She filled life with joy and wisdom.
She never seemed to run out of energy for those she loved. To know her was to feel her strength, generosity, and boundless heart. She truly meant so much to so many, and her absence leaves a space that can never be filled.
Debra Cowe was born to her Father James Edward Vincent and Mother Flora Odell Vincent (Slinker).
She is preceded in death by her siblings James Odell Vincent, Charlie Edward Vincent, Wanda Lou Hendrick and Elvis Presley Vincent.
Debra is survived by her Daughter Stephany Cowe as well as her siblings Judith Gayle Timberlake, Jeffrey Lyn Vincent, Connie Jean Arnold and Vicky Ann Vincent.
As well as several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held for close friends and family at a later date.
