Ruth C. Phillips, 80, of Boonville, was called home on August 3, 2025. She was born on September 17, 1944 to the late Kenneth and Imogene (Gentry) Gresham.
Ruth spent many years in the healthcare field and retired from Woodmont Health as a QMA/CNA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Rudy L. Phillips; brothers, Rodger, Kenny and Ray; sisters, Janice Kolley, Eva Gresham; sister-in-law, Ina Gresham.
Ruth is survived by her children, Terri Barron, N. Ray Gore Jr., Shanna Camacho, Kerry Patterson, Amanda Nagle; brother and sister-In-law, Frank and Betty Gresham; sister-in-law, Nancy Gresham; brother-in-law, Don Kolley; several nieces and nephews; 19, grandchildren; 23, great-grandchildren; best friend/companion N. Ray Gore Sr.; his children and grandchildren; beloved dog Duke.

A celebration of life will be held on August 30, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at LaVerne McDaniel Outreach Center, 113 W Oak St., Tennyson, IN 47637.
